Dr. Ramachandra Prabhakar, BDS, MDS, our clinical head, has served as the Dean, Head of the Department, and Orthodontist at various dental institutions across India. He is one of the leading experts in Dentistry and Dentofacial Orthodontics. He graduated from Madras Dental College in 1980 with his Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Master in Dental Surgery in Orthodontics.

Dr. Prabhakar has more than 47 years of experience and has treated several lacs of children and adults with dental braces. He has mentored several specialists across the country and continues to inspire many others to treat patients with care and compassion.

Dr. Vaishnavi Prabhakar, BDS, MDS, is one of India's few American Board-Certified Orofacial pain, Temporomandibular Joint Disorder, and Dental Sleep Medicine specialists. Dr. Vaishnavi has completed her B.D.S. from MAHER University, Chennai, India. She then completed her Master of Dental Surgery in Prosthodontics, Crown and Bridge, and Oral Implantology from SRM DENTAL COLLEGE CHENNAI, India. She is among the first to complete her Fellowship and Masters in Orofacial pain, temporomandibular joint disorder, and dental sleep medicine from ROSEMAN UNIVERSITY, Utah, USA. She was among the first to be awarded the Diplomate Stature from the American Board of Orofacial Pain in 2022.

She is a leading expert in diagnosing and managing facial pain, temporomandibular joint disorder, headaches, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), and snoring. She lectures extensively and trains dentists nationwide about orofacial pain and temporomandibular joint disorders. She practices general, implantology, and cosmetic dentistry specializing in dental veneers and smile design. She is currently researching and pursuing her Ph.D. in temporomandibular joint disorders. Her treatment philosophy is to provide maximum relief with minimum intervention.

Davis Thomas BDS, DDS, MSD, MSc Med, MSc

Dr. Davis Thomas completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in India. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and one year of Advanced Education in General Dentistry from NYU. While in private practice, he then went on to further his education in the following twenty years to include multiple master’s degrees, including orofacial pain (Rutgers University), headache pain management (University of Edinburgh), and sleep medicine (University of Sydney). He is an associate clinical professor in the Department of Orofacial Pain and the program director of clinical preceptorship in General dentistry and comprehensive care. The experience and education Dr. Thomas has acquired over the years have allowed him to lecture extensively all around the world. He has been a commissioned officer in the United States Army since 2001. He also has multiple faculty appointments in national and international hospitals and universities. Currently, he is the director for OFP/TMD/Sleep medicine courses for Roseman University/Smile USA Academy. He also is the director of Shore TMJ LLC, a continuing education platform for mentoring students from all over the world on dental career guidance, orofacial pain, and dental sleep medicine.

Niveditha Venkatesh, DDS, MSD, MPH

Niveditha joins us with many years of combined clinical, research and industry experience in oral medicine, oral pain, and oncology. She earned her dental degree from Meenakshi Ammal Dental College and Hospital (India) and further pursued her Masters in Oral Medicine/pain from University of Washington, Seattle and her MPH from Washington University in Saint Louis. She lives in Seattle, Washington. She served as a clinical instructor at the University of Washington in Seattle and worked in private practice for several years. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music, dancing, and hiking. Niveditha is a mom of two boys and one fur baby, Milo (golden retriever).
